Open a session“Request for Assistance” form
To send a request for assistance to the OACIQ, fill out the “Request for Assistance” form, taking care to describe all the facts that occurred. Sign the form and return it by mail, fax or email to the attention of the Assistance Service. Please include copies of any relevant documents in your possession (brokerage contract, promise to purchase, annexes, etc.) that may help us assess the situation.
