ON MR. MICHELE FALDUTO’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. Michele Falduto, real estate broker (licence no. C6571) whose establishment is located in Montréal, has had his licence made subject to conditions or restrictions following a decision rendered by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec, on May 22, 2012, pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (R.S.Q., c. C-73.2).

Therefore, Mr. Michele Falduto (licence no. C6571) is prohibited from being a real estate agency executive officer and from signing any document relating to the management of a trust account governed by the Real Estate Brokerage Act for a period of two years, i.e. until May 29, 2014.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
