Serge Brousseau · Chairman of the Board
Director of Montreal region since 2010, Serge Brousseau is the holder of a chartered real estate broker’s licence and practices the profession since 1985. He had already served on the OACIQ board of directors from 1996 to 2007, particularly as chairman of the board from 2001 to 2007.

Richard Dion · Vice-Chair of the Board
Director of the Quebec region since 2006, Richard Dion is the holder of a chartered real estate broker’s licence and practices the profession since 1987.

Daniel Pelchat · Treasurer of the Board
Director of the Central region since 1999 and treasurer since 2002, Daniel Pelchat is the holder of a chartered real estate broker’s licence and practices the profession since 1988.

Hélène Lavoie
Director of the Northeast region since 2010 and previously of the Eastern region since 2008, Hélène Lavoie is the holder of a chartered real estate broker’s licence and practices the profession since 1986.

Johanne Roy
Director of the Montreal region since 2005, Johanne Roy is the holder of a chartered real estate broker’s licence and practices the profession since 1973. She was a member of the OACIQ board of directors from 1994 to 1996 and recently from 2001 to 2004.

Bernard Savard
Director of the Montreal region since 2011, Bernard Savard is the holder of a chartered real estate broker’s licence and practices the profession since 1977.

Carole Strasbourg
Director of the Western region since 2011, Carole Strasbourg is the holder of a chartered real estate broker’s licence and practices the profession since 1985.

Pierre Carrier
Appointed in 2010, Mr. Carrier has served as Director of administrative services and communications on the Conseil de la langue française for more than ten years. He has also acted as secretary of the Office de la protection du consommateur, as General Manager - Compensation at the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité au travail (CSST) and as Manager of the Review Board.

Nathalie Ebnoether
Appointed in 2011, Mrs. Ebnoether is consultant and trainer for Médaillon Groupe Conseils. She also acts as Assistant lecturer at UQAM and as tutor at TELUQ. Mrs. Ebnoether was a Director of various professional orders and organizations. She is currently a public representative at Collège des médecins.

Jacques Nantel
Appointed in 2012, Mr. Nantel has served for more than 25 years in various positions at HEC. He was successively Director of the Marketing Department, holder of Omer DeSerres Chair of retailing and Program Director. In 2002, he became the first holder and founder of RBC Financial Group Chair of e-commerce. He still teaches at HEC Montréal where he is also acting as Secretary General.
