NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL SUSPENSION
OF THE LICENCE OF MR. ANDRÉ DIOTTE

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. André Diotte, real estate broker (Licence No. C8343), whose establishment is located in Montréal, is charged in a complaint before the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec with the offences summarized below:

1^st count: On or around December 1, 2011, whereas he was to estimate the value of an immovable, making gestures of a sexual nature toward a client, without her consent;
the whole contrary to sections 62 and 69 of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising.

On April 18, 2012, the Discipline Committee ordered a provisional suspension or Mr. André Diotte's licence until the final decision is handed down on the disciplinary complaint, and has prohibited the issuance of any licence category to Mr. André Diotte until the final decision is handed down on the disciplinary complaint.

The Discipline Committee's decision having been served to the defendant, the provisional suspension of Mr. André Diotte's licence is effective as of April 20, 2012.

This notice is given in accordance with section 98.1 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (R.S.Q., c. C-73.2) and section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences.
