Access to information and Privacy policy

The Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) attaches great importance to access to documents of public interest and the protection of personal information it holds under its activities. That’s why, in keeping with its mission, the OACIQ has implemented an organizational transparency initiative. The Organization will post in this section various information and documents, in an ongoing and proactive manner.

In doing so, the Organization aims to:

  • Identify the information or the documents accessible under the Act respecting access and that may be disseminated systematically;
  • Promote and facilitate access to information and documents of interest to inform the public and brokers;
  • Develop and maintain the trust of the public and brokers;
  • Maintain a sound governance by ensuring a leadership in organizational transparency;
  • Encourage innovation and improvement of services;
  • Strengthen the OACIQ’s document management practices.
