Subscription service to electronic forms
We are in an era where everything is available electronically. The real estate brokerage field is no exception. Considering the habits of most brokers and consumer needs, we decided to prioritize the use of OACIQ electronic forms through the InstanetFormsTM platform. However, you may always print these forms as needed (we recommend using NCR paper).
For this year, the cost is $72 before taxtes for unlimited access (from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025). InstanetFormsTM fees are detailed here and vary depending on the month in which you wish to start or resume your practice.
