NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON CHANEL ELIZABETH BREMNER-LEDUC’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Chanel-Elizabeth Bremner-Leduc, real estate broker restricted to residential brokerage, licence number H7554, whose establishment is located in Lachine, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On June 23, 2022, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Ms. Bremner-Leduc’s licence:
a) For a period of 36 months following issuance of her licence, the applicant shall be prohibited from carrying on activities on her own account or from being designated and/or acting as agency executive officer.
b) The period referred to in paragraphs c), d) and e) shall end when the applicant has completed 36 months as an active real estate broker licence holder.
c) The period referred to in paragraph a) shall be suspended in the event the applicant suspends or revokes her real estate broker's licence.
d) For her first 12 transactions, the applicant shall be under the direct supervision of her agency executive officer or of an experienced broker designated by her agency executive officer.
e) Within 30 days following issuance of her licence, the applicant shall provide the Organization’s Registry Service with a letter in which her agency executive officer undertakes to carry out the supervision mentioned in paragraph d).
f) In the event of an agency change before the completion of the 12 transactions, the applicant shall, within 30 days following the change, provide a letter in which her new agency executive officer undertakes to carry out the supervision mentioned in paragraph d).
Should the applicant fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, her right to engage in professional real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until she does so.
This notice became enforceable on August 1, 2022.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences.
