NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON THOMAS EMARD-MUNGER’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Thomas Emard-Munger, full-service real estate broker (licence H4025), whose establishment is located in Laval has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On March 13, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following restriction on Mr. Emard-Munger’s licence:
  1. For 30 months following his licence issuance, the applicant shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on his own account. This period shall end only upon its completion with an active real estate broker's licence. This period shall be suspended in the event the applicant suspends or revokes his real estate broker's licence.
If Mr. Emard-Munger fails to comply with the restriction imposed, his right to carry out real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until he does so.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on April 3, 2025.
