NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON YANIC FORTIN’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Yanic Fortin, full-service real estate broker (licence D0287), whose establishment is located in Quebec City, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On January 30, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Yanic Fortin:
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and
agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on February 18, 2025.

Notice is hereby given that Yanic Fortin, full-service real estate broker (licence D0287), whose establishment is located in Quebec City, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On January 30, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Yanic Fortin:
- Within 8 months of notification of this decision, the licensee must take the training course "Formation sur la gestion de la colère" (Anger management training) and send proof thereof to the OACIQ Registry Service.
- Within 8 months of notification of this decision, the licensee must take the training course "Gestion efficace des émotions et de la pression" (Managing emotions and pressure effectively) and send proof thereof to the OACIQ Registry Service.
- The licensee shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on his own account until the Syndic’s decision not to file a complaint or until the final and binding decision of the Discipline Committee on the complaint filed by the Syndic.
- Within 30 days following notification of this decision, the licensee shall send the OACIQ Registry Service an undertaking signed by his agency executive officer by which the latter undertakes to supervise the licensee, to pay particular attention and to immediately report any sign of issues relating to public protection to the Organization, until the Syndic’s decision not to file a complaint or until the final and binding decision of the Discipline Committee on the complaint filed by the Syndic.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and
agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on February 18, 2025.
