NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON NATHALIE NORMANDIN’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Nathalie Normandin, full-service real estate broker (licence H1909), whose establishment is located in Trois-Rivières, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On January 30, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Nathalie Normandin’s licence:
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and
agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on February 18, 2025.

Notice is hereby given that Nathalie Normandin, full-service real estate broker (licence H1909), whose establishment is located in Trois-Rivières, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On January 30, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Nathalie Normandin’s licence:
- Within 6 months of notification of this decision, the licensee must complete the training course entitled “The broker as a self-employed worker,” provided by the OACIQ Training Department.
- Within 30 days of notification of this decision, the licensee shall send proof of her registration for the training course mentioned in paragraph (a) to the OACIQ Registry Service.
- Within 3 months of notification of this decision, the licensee must take the training course "McGill Personal Finance Essentials" and send proof thereof to the OACIQ Registry Service.
- As of the notification of this decision until 36 months following her discharge from bankruptcy, the licensee shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on her own account.
- As of the notification of this decision until 36 months after her discharge from bankruptcy, the licensee shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities within a business corporation.
- As of the notification of this decision until 36 months following her discharge from bankruptcy, the licensee shall enter into and maintain a written agreement with the agency within which she carries on her real estate brokerage activities to the effect that the latter retains the GST and QST payable to her until she is required to remit them upon transmission of her tax return to be kept in the agency's file.
- As of the notification of this decision until 36 months following her discharge from bankruptcy, the licensee shall enter into and maintain a written agreement with the agency within which she carries on her real estate brokerage activities to the effect that the latter holds a minimum of 25% of her remuneration for the purpose of paying her taxes, until such time as she is required to remit it upon transmission of a copy of her notices of assessment, or for the purpose of making instalment payments.
- A copy of the agreement mentioned in paragraphs (f) and (g) shall be sent to the OACIQ Registry Service within thirty (30) days of notification of this decision.
- In the event of any agency change during the period referred to in this decision, the licensee shall enter into a new agreement under the same conditions with the new agency and send a copy thereof to the Organization’s Registry Service within 30 days following the agency change.
- The licensee shall send the Organization’s Registry Service her certificate of discharge from bankruptcy as soon as possible after its receipt.
- Should the licensee not be discharged automatically from her bankruptcy by August 7, 2026, her file will be resubmitted to the Committee.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and
agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on February 18, 2025.
