NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON ROBERT BABURIC’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Robert Baburic, full-service real estate broker (licence E5702), whose establishment is located in Wesmount, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On March 13, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Baburic’s licence:
That it is appropriate to maintain Mr. Baburic’s real estate broker’s licence and impose the following restrictions:
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on April 3, 2025.

Notice is hereby given that Robert Baburic, full-service real estate broker (licence E5702), whose establishment is located in Wesmount, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On March 13, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Baburic’s licence:
That it is appropriate to maintain Mr. Baburic’s real estate broker’s licence and impose the following restrictions:
- For 60 months following the notification of this decision, the licensee shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on his own account.
- Until 60 months following the notification of this decision, the licensee shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities within a business corporation.
- The 60-month period shall end only upon its completion with an active real estate broker's licence.
- The 60-month period shall be suspended in the event the licensee suspends or revokes his real estate broker's licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on April 3, 2025.
