NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON JOSEPH-ALEXANDRE POIRIER-COUTURE’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Joseph-Alexandre Poirier-Couture, residential real estate broker, licence number J1424, whose establishment is located in Quebec City, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On March 27, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Joseph-Alexandre Poirier-Couture’s licence:
  1. Within 3 months of notification of this decision, the licensee must complete the training course entitled “Professional conduct, the cornerstone of your daily practice,” provided by the OACIQ Training Department.
  2. The licensee shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on his own account until the Syndic’s decision not to file a complaint or until the final and binding decision of the Discipline Committee on the complaint filed by the Syndic.
  3. Within 30 days following notification of this decision, the licensee shall send to the OACIQ Registry Service an undertaking signed by his agency executive officer by which the latter undertakes to supervise the licensee according to the supervision plan in place, until the Syndic’s decision not to file a complaint or until the final and binding decision of the Disciplinary Committee on the complaint filed by the Syndic.
  4. The licensee must send the follow-up report drawn up in accordance with paragraph (c) to the Organization's Registry Service every 6 months following notification of this decision, until the Syndic's decision not to file a complaint or until the final and binding decision of the Discipline Committee on the complaint filed by the Syndic.
Should Joseph-Alexandre Poirier-Couture fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, his right to engage in professional real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until he does so.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and  
agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on March 18, 2025.
