Please note that the residential and commercial brokerage exams last 7 hours, spread over two consecutive periods of 3.5 hours.
The OACIQ reserves the right to modify the schedule or cancel an examination session, in particular due to an insufficient number of candidates.
Any candidate wishing to take an initial examination must meet the requirements set out in section 1, paragraph 1.1 of the Regulation respecting broker and agency permits.
