Ad Campaign Falls 2023-2025

The 2023-2024 awareness campaign was developed not only to inform consumers of the benefits and protections they enjoy under the Real Estate Brokerage Act, but also to strengthen the bond of trust between the organization and the public through an impactful campaign that, we hope, will generate as much interest as positive reactions.
This campaign will cover the spring period, which is intended to be conducive to real estate brokerage activities. The advertising initiatives in the program are aimed at increasing the OACIQ’s reputation, credibility of its expertise and to retain all people in the buying or selling process over a longer period of time. The scope of initiatives is as follows.
Radio
Objective — Gain awareness in the territory of Québec City and the Montérégie region through a radio advertisement broadcast on the channels shown below.

Social media banners
Objective — Ensure visibility over a fairly long period of time on the web. This initiative also allows us to diversify our messages, reach a large number of people and increase traffic on the OACIQ website.
Digital outdoor panels
Objective — Increase the OACIQ’s reputation in a zone that is highly conducive to reaching a very large pool of consumers, such as around the crown of the city of Montreal.
Digital banners on the BellMédia network
Objective — Ensure a presence on popular sites of the BellMédia network. Like social media, this initiative will allow us to reach a large number of people and increase traffic on the OACIQ site.
La Presse video and screens
Objective — Reach a qualified audience and diversify our resources, including using a video (non-skippable) when opening La Presse+.
