For an overview of your responsibilities and obligations, check the Quick Reference Guide.
We also recommend that you read the article Property located close to a body of water: Consult the Land Register.
A training is currently available in this regard.
The toolkit and the public
Note that members of the public were informed about the publication of this kit so that their authorized professional can provide them with the best assistance possible. At that occasion, the OACIQ provided the affected homeowners with certain tips.
Through these actions, the Organization assumes its role as a real estate brokerage regulator, enforces the Real Estate Brokerage Act and its regulations and ensures that the public is protected before, during and after the transaction.
