NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
ODIGUES JOSEPH’S LICENCE (D7026)

Be advised that on February 21, 2025, the Court of Québec confirmed the decision of the Discipline Committee ordering that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Odigues Joseph, whose establishment is located in Montreal, be suspended from February 24 to March 25, 2025, for committing the following offences:

Count 2: On or about May 1, 2021, concerning the sale of an immovable located in Montreal, presented a promise to purchase to his client and had her accept it, while he failed to verify the identity of the promisor-buyer.

Count 3 a), b) and c): On or about May 1, 2021, concerning the sale of an immovable located in Montreal, failed to cooperate with a real estate broker by not informing him, in a timely fashion, of the existence of a promise to purchase, thus committing an offence against the real estate broker, the promisor- buyers and the seller.
