JONATHAN DAUPHINAIS-FORTIN’S LICENCE (G6033)

Be advised that on August 29, 2024, the Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Jonathan Dauphinais-Fortin, whose establishment is located in Repentigny, be suspended from September 9, 2024 to September 9, 2033 for committing the following offences:

Count 1: On or about February 22, 2022, in the performance of the brokerage contract, participated in a fraudulent scheme to encourage buyers to enhance their initial promise to purchase by submitting a bogus promise to purchase to the sellers.

Count 2: On or about June 6, 2022, in the performance of the brokerage contract, set up a fraudulent scheme to encourage promising buyers to enhance their initial promise to purchase by submitting a bogus promise to purchase to the sellers.
