Be advised that on February 17, 2025, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Ms. Sonia Bédard, whose establishment is located in Montreal, be suspended from February 24 to May 24, 2025, for committing the following offence:
Count 1: On or about October 26, 2020, while she was in charge of putting an immovable up for sale under a brokerage contract, placed herself in a conflict of interest by proposing to purchase said immovable from her selling client, even though the immovable had not been marketed.
