ANTOINE RICHARD’S LICENCE (F0170)

Be advised that on January 24, 2025, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Antoine Richard, whose establishment was located in Laval, be suspended for a 150-day period, to be served whenever he will become a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:
Count 1: 1. In Verdun, on or about October 6, 2019, when he was solicited by the seller in the course of his duties as a real estate broker to sell Immovable 1, did not avoid placing himself in a conflict of interest by presenting the seller with a promise to purchase so that his company could acquire the immovable.
Count 4: In Verdun, failed to submit the notice of disclosure, the promises to purchase and all related documents to the real estate agency for which he was acting:
