NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON PATRICK LAMONDE’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Patrick Lamonde, residential real estate broker (licence G4197), whose establishment is located in Gatineau, has had a condition imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On April 10, 2024, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following condition on Patrick Lamonde’s licence:

NOTICE is hereby given that Patrick Lamonde, residential real estate broker (licence G4197), whose establishment is located in Gatineau, has had a condition imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On April 10, 2024, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following condition on Patrick Lamonde’s licence:
- Within 6 months of his licence issuance, the applicant must complete the training course entitled “The broker as a self-employed worker,” provided by the OACIQ Training Department.
Should the applicant fail to comply with the above condition, his real estate broker's licence shall be suspended until he does so.
This notice became enforceable on June 3rd, 2024.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
