Brokerage forms
For your transaction to be carried out according to proper practices and to ensure your protection, the OACIQ has developed about 50 mandatory or recommended forms.
These forms are suitable for all situations. Whether for selling your property, making a promise to purchase or a counter-proposal, the authorized professional who is assisting you must use them for any brokerage contract or transaction proposal.
