NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON JOSÉE LEBLANC’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Josée Leblanc, real estate broker (licence E6102), whose establishment is located in Victoriaville has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On July 27, 2023, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Ms. Leblanc’s licence:
That it is appropriate to maintain Ms. Leblanc’s real estate broker’s licence and impose the following conditions and restrictions:
- Within 3 months of notification of this decision, she must complete the training course entitled “Professional conduct, the cornerstone of your daily practice,” provided by the OACIQ Continuing Education Department.
- The applicant will be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on her own account, until the syndic or assistant syndic decides not to file a complaint or until the Discipline Committee renders a final and enforceable decision on the complaint filed by the syndic or assistant syndic.
If Ms. Leblanc fails to comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed, her right to engage in real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until she does so.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on August 23, 2023.
