NOTICE is hereby given that Hong Linh Pham, real estate broker, licence number E3165, whose establishment is located in Montréal, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
Following the meeting of March 13, 2024, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mr. Pham licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker's and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on May 1, 2024.
