NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON MARCO MELFI’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Marco Melfi, full-service real estate broker (licence A2419), whose establishment is located in Laval has had a condition imposed on his licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

On July 7, 2021, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following condition on Mr. Melfi:

That it is appropriate to issue a licence to Mr. Melfi with the following condition:

a) The applicant shall send an authorization to release information signed by him, authorizing the OACIQ, its employees or mandataries to contact his bankruptcy trustee and obtain documents. This authorization shall be valid until the applicant is discharged. The authorization shall be received by the Organization’s Registry Service within thirty (30) days of serving this decision on the applicant.

If Mr. Melfi fails to comply with the condition imposed, his right to carry out real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until he does so.

This notice became enforceable on September 8, 2021.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
