NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON EUGENIO REDA’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Eugenio Reda, residential real estate broker, licence number H2168, whose establishment is located in Brossard has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

On October 6, 2021, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions on Mr. Reda’s licence:

That it is appropriate to issue a licence to the applicant with the following conditions:

a) For a period of five (5) years following the issuance of his licence, prohibiting him from carrying on activities on his own account and from being designated and/or from acting as agency executive officer.

b) In the event of any agency change during the period mentioned in item a), he shall send a letter to the OACIQ Registry Service attesting that he submitted a copy of this decision to his new agency executive officer, within 30 days of the agency change.

If Mr. Reda fails to comply with the conditions imposed, his right to carry out real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until he does so.

This notice became enforceable on November 19, 2021.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
