NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON DIAN THEVATHAS’ LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Dian Thevathas, residential real estate broker, licence number J2282, whose establishment is located in Laval has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On September 20, 2023, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Dian Thevathas:
  1. Within 30 days of issuance of his licence, the applicant must complete the training “Professional conduct, the cornerstone of your daily practice,” provided by the OACIQ Training Department.
 
  1. Within 90 days of his licence issuance, the applicant must complete the training course “Gérer son stress dans la transaction immobilière (À travers soi),” accredited by the OACIQ Training Department.
 
  1. The applicant shall send proof of completion of the training course referred to in paragraph (b) to the OACIQ Registry Service.

Should the applicant fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, his real estate broker's licence shall be suspended until he does so.

This notice became enforceable on November 1st, 2023.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
