OF CLAUDE TURGEON’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Claude Turgeon, real estate broker, licence number E8711, whose establishment is located in Quebec, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

Following the meeting of November 24, 2022, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mr. Claude Turgeon licence.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).

The decision became enforceable on December 16, 2022.
