OF CHANDRAN SOLOMON’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Chandran Solomon, real estate broker, licence number E7157, whose establishment is located in Montreal, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

Following the meeting of November 10, 2022, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mr. Chandran Solomon’s licence.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).

The decision became enforceable on December 14, 2022.
