NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON PIERRE-OLIVIER BLOUIN’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Pierre-Olivier Blouin, residential real estate broker, licence number G7175, whose establishment is located in Quebec City, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On January 10, 2024, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Blouin:

That it is appropriate to maintain Mr. Blouin’s real estate broker’s licence and impose the following conditions and restrictions:
 
  1. Within 6 months of notification of this decision, he must complete the training course entitled “The broker as a self-employed worker,” provided by the OACIQ Training Department.
  2. Within 30 days of notification of this decision, he shall send the OACIQ Registry Service proof of his registration for the training mentioned in paragraph (a).
  3. Within 90 days of notification of this decision, the licensee must take the training course "Finances personnelles pour tous par McGill" and send proof thereof to the OACIQ Registry Service.
  4. As of the notification of this decision, and until 12 months after full execution of his proposal, the licensee shall be prohibited from carrying on activities on his own account.
  5. As of the notification of this decision, and until 12 months after full execution of his proposal, he will be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities within a business corporation.
  6. The licensee shall send the Organization’s Registry Service proof that his proposal has been fully executed.
  7. In the event of failure to comply with the proposal, the licensee must immediately update his information and notify the Organization of his bankruptcy.

Should the licensee fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, his real estate broker's licence shall be suspended until he does so.

Should Mr. Blouin fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, his right to engage in professional real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until he does so.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on February 9, 2024.
