NOTICE is hereby given that Yves Doyle, real estate broker, licence number C6151, whose establishment is located in Montreal, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

Following the meeting of June 19,2024, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mr. Yves Doyle.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on August 22, 2024.
