NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON ANTHONY COLETTI’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Anthony Coletti, residential real estate broker, licence number G3691, whose establishment is located in Montreal, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On December 10, 2024, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Coletti’s licence:

  1. The licence holder shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on his own account, until the Syndic’s decision not to file a complaint or until the final and binding decision of the Discipline Committee on the complaint filed by the Syndic.
  2. The licensee shall not be permitted to be alone in a dwelling house or on the agency's premises while carrying out his duties, except for his own residence, until the Syndic’s decision not to file a complaint or until the final and binding decision of the Discipline Committee on the complaint filed by the Syndic.
Should Mr. Coletti fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, his right to engage in professional real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until he does so.

The decision became enforceable on January 30, 2025.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting
broker’s and agency licences.
