Syndicate of co-owners

The syndicate of co-owners is a legal person constituted of all the co-owners. 

It is managed by two decision-making bodies, a board of directors and a meeting of co-owners.

There can be one or two syndicates, depending on the type of co-ownership. If there is only one, it is referred to as the syndicate of co-owners; if there are two, they are referred to as the initial syndicate of co-owners and the concomitant syndicate of co-owners.
