Be advised that on October 9, 2024, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Michel Daragon, whose establishment is located in Drummondville, be suspended from November 20, 2024 to December 20, 2024, for committing the following offences:

Count 3: As part of the brokerage contract to sell, the defendant created an email address in the name of his selling client and affixed his selling client's electronic signature in lieu thereof on the following documents:

 (a) On or around April 30, 2020, on an Amendments form.

(b) On or around February 10, 2021, on an Amendments form.
