Be advised that on May 4, 2022, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Damitri Gandelman, whose establishment was located in Ville Saint-Laurent, be suspended for a period of 45 days whenever he becomes a licence holder again.

Count 1: As of June 15, 2020, while acting as executive officer of the agency BLVD Immobilier, failed to cooperate with the OACIQ Inspection Department by omitting or neglecting to send the self-inspection questionnaire of the said agency and/or the supporting documents.
