Be advised that on January 27, 2023, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Francis Vallée, whose establishment was located in Gatineau, be revoked. The Committee also ordered the permanent suspension of Mr. Vallée's licence if he applies for and receives a new licence from the OACIQ, for committing the following offences:

Counts 1a) to 1f) and counts 1h) to 1l): In Gatineau, during the years 2014 to 2020, while notably performing his duties, engaged in sexual behaviours and/or made inappropriate remarks to 11 women, some of whom were or had been his clients.
