Be advised that on April 21, 2022, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Stéphane Gagnon, whose establishment was located in Laval, be suspended for a period of 120 days whenever he becomes a licence holder again for committing the following offences:

Count 1: In Saint-Gilles, on or about October 5, 2017, in the performance of a brokerage contract, has: (a) received an advance on remuneration or costs and failed to remit it to the real estate agency for which he was acting so that it can be immediately deposited into the general trust account and (b) used it for personal purposes.

Count 2: In Saint-Gilles, on or about October 5, 2017, failed to immediately send to the real estate agency for which he was acting, the Annex RC related to the brokerage contract which provided for an advance on remuneration.
