Be advised that on October 3, 2022, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the commercial and residential real estate broker licence of Ms. Lyne Charbonneau, whose establishment was located in Laval, be suspended for a period of 45 days whenever she becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offence:

Count 1: On or around April 2, 2015, in the course of the performance of a brokerage contract concerning an immovable located in Ste-Dorothée-de-Laval, allowed a promise to purchase to be backdated to lead others to believe that it had been accepted prior to the visit request from the real estate broker A.H.
