Be advised that on June 7, 2022, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the  commercial and residential real estate broker licence of Mr. JEAN SASPITURRY, whose establishment was located in Sherbrooke, be suspended for a period of 60 days whenever he becomes a licence holder again for committing the following offence:

Count 1:  Between September 20, 2018 and February 15, 2019, while executing a brokerage contract with respect to a building located in Sherbrooke, and while being a shareholder of the corporation owning said building, altered or allowed the alteration of an environmental site assessment report.
