Be advised that on November 6, 2024, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Ms. Brittney Jordana Rozenblat, whose establishment is located in Côté-St-Luc, be suspended from December 10, 2024, to February 7, 2025, for committing the following offences:

Count 1: On or about February 5, 2021, concerning the sale of an immovable located in Montreal, failed to cooperate with real estate broker D.P. by not informing him, in a timely fashion, of the existence of a promise to purchase, thus committing an offence against each of the following three persons: (a) real estate broker A, (b) promisor-buyers A and (c) the seller.

Count 2: On or about February 6, 2021, concerning the sale of an immovable located in Montreal, failed to cooperate with real estate broker M.B. by not informing him, in a timely fashion, of the existence of a promise to purchase, thus committing an offence against each of the following persons: (a) real estate broker B, (b) promisor-buyers B and (c) the seller.

Count 3: On or about February 7, 2021, concerning the sale of an immovable located in Montreal, favoured her own interests by allowing her selling client to accept the promise to purchase presented through her co-listing spouse, to the detriment of many prospective buyers who had visits planned for February 14, 2021.

Count 4: On or about February 24, 2023, during an email exchange held as part of an investigation conducted by the assistant syndic, she threatened to take him to court if he continued to ask her questions.
