Be advised that on October 1, 2024, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Frank Crépeau, whose establishment is located in Mont-Laurier, be suspended from November 18 to December 17, 2024 for committing the following offence:

Count 1: On or about October 27, 2021, in the course of the performance of a brokerage contract to sell, failed to protect and promote the interests of his selling clients by not informing them of the interest expressed by potential buyers before having them accept the promise to purchase.
