NOTICE is hereby given that Michel Pelletier, former real estate broker (Licence No. E2235), whose establishment was located in L'Ancienne-Lorette, has notably been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) of the offence summarized below:
2nd count: As part of a brokerage contract concerning an immovable, failing to respond to inquiries made by fax by another real estate broker:
a) on March 23, 2011;
b) on March 28, 2011;
thus committing, on each of these occasions, an offence under section 95 of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising.
On September 25, 2014, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Michel Pelletier’s real estate broker’s licence (Licence No. E2235) for a concurrent period of sixty (60) days on each of counts No. 2 a) and 2 b) of the formal complaint, to be served upon the expiration of the temporary suspensions imposed in file 33-11-1365.
Given that Michel Pelletier is no longer a licence holder, his licence will be suspended for a period of sixty (60) days as of the expiry of the temporary suspensions imposed in file 33-11-1365 whenever he becomes a licence holder again.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
