MR. WINCHELL METAYER’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Winchell Metayer, former real estate broker (Licence No. B5153), whose establishment was located in Montréal, has notably been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) of the offence summarized below:
5th count: Concerning an immovable, failing to collaborate with the Indemnity Committee by not responding to letters dated May 17 and July 12, 2011, thus committing, for each of these requests, an offence under section 105 of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising.
On September 3, 2014, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Winchell Metayer’s real estate broker’s licence (Licence No. B5153) for a concurrent period of thirty (30) days on each of counts No. 5a) and 5b), to be served whenever he becomes a licence holder again.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
