NOTICE is hereby given that Joëlle Morin, former real estate broker, licence No. C6425, whose establishment was located in Ravignan, has notably been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offences summarized below:

Count 1: Concerning the sale of immovables:

a) as of or about July 4, 2011, agreed to delay remuneration due to another real estate broker so that the latter's benefits from a government program are not affected;

b) on or about November 29, 2011, refused or omitted to remit the amount of approximately $24,209.06 to a real estate broker.

Count 3: As of October 3, 2012, during an investigation conducted by the assistant syndic, did not collaborate by refusing or omitting to send transaction documents regarding six immovables.

On October 15, 2015, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Joëlle Morin's licence No. C6425 for a period of 150 days, to be served whenever she becomes a licence holder again.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
