Be advised that following the filing of a withdrawal of appeal on June 1, 2020, the decision of the Discipline Committee is now enforceable and therefore orders that the real estate broker’s licence of Ms. Kym (Kim) Tremblay, whose establishment was located in La Baie, be suspended for a period of 150 days, whenever she becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:

Count 2: As of or around December 5, 2011, in the context of the sale of her own immovable, did not avoid placing herself in a conflict of interest situation by representing promisor-buyers.

Count 3: As of or around December 5, 2011, in the context of the sale of her own immovable, concealed or minimized the water infiltration problems affecting the immovable to the promisor-buyers.

Count 6: As of June 12, 2013, failed to inform the OACIQ that she was found guilty of a penal offence.

Counts 7a to 7d: On four occasions, between April 15, 2015 and October 10, 2017, falsely declared to the OACIQ that she was not found guilty of a penal offence.
