Be advised that on December 9, 2019, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Pierre Trottier, whose establishment was located in Chicoutimi, be suspended whenever he becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:

Count 1: On or around September 27, 2017, concerning an immovable, did not inform, in a timely fashion, a real estate broker representing a prospective buyer of the existence of another promise to purchase he himself had received and prepared, committing an offence against the a) seller, b) the prospective buyer and c) the real estate broker.
