Be advised that on December 11, 2024, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Jason Mossa, whose establishment is located in Outremont, be suspended from January 14 to March 14, 2025, for committing the following offences:

Count 1 a) and b): In Montreal, while claiming that the real estate broker with whom he was working as a team owed him a sum of money, he tried to make a bank transfer using her credit card without her authorization on or around September 28, 2020, and September 30, 2020.
